Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy

We accept most credit card/debit cards and PayPal. Most orders are shipped on the same day if recieved before 11.30am.

All UK and European orders are presently shipped via First Class Mail which takes approximately
3 - 5 working days.

UK / Europe and International Shipping & Handling

FREE. UK orders arrive in approximately 3 - 5 working days.

Shipping to France,Spain, Italy, Norway, Denmark, Germany and all other European countries is NOW FREE

Standard Mail to most European countries takes 5 to 7 working days. Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.

Returns

Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.
